Fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was very straightforward with a quick call to the office, which was followed up with a text confirming my booking and giving clear instructions on what documentation was required. The van was waiting for me when I arrived at the depot and, after making the relevant payment and providing a few signatures, I was on the road. The vehicle itself was excellent - very clean and up to date (unlike vans that I have hired elsewhere in the past), and perfectly adequate for the job that I was doing. The returns process was even easier.....a quick check for any damage and that was it. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again if I have the need.
